FAQ
BOOKING TICKETS Before you book You may register only one account under your e-mail address. Consequently, it is not possible for several persons (e.g. members of the same family) to each register an account under their names and still use the same e-mail address. If you encounter a problem in registering your customer information, this may be because your e-mail address is already registered. Instead, request your logon information, and it will soon be sent to your e-mail address. If you continue to encounter problems, see Contact Us. Logging On You log on using your e-mail address and a password. If your logon fails, it may be because you previously had several different accounts registered under the same e-mail address, and we therefore deleted your account. Try requesting your logon information. If you continue to encounter problems when logging on contact our customer service through Contact Us. Also review the information under My Account. Your booking Your booking will be saved on My Account. Here you can see whether or not your booking has been processed, your payment has been received, and the tickets have been sent. You will also receive a confirmation sent to your e-mail address. If you have received a PIN code at the time of booking, this will be saved under "View orders" Click on the booking number. Cancel tickets You can only cancel unpaid tickets. Log on to My Account, and void the booking. Bookings (unpaid) that are not picked up within a given time are automatically voided. Cancellation of unpaid reservations Reservations that are to be paid cash, by bank or postal giro must be paid before the last payment date. If a reservation is not paid in time the reservation is automatically cancelled. Booking closed If booking is too close in time to the event, the organiser may sometimes close the booking. If this happens, booking can be done by phone to 077-170 70 70 or at the venue. Most tickets can also be purchased directly through the Ticnet outlets on the same day as the event. Cancelling a payment Purchased tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged for other tickets. Please note that tickets that have been paid directly at the time of booking shall be considered as purchased. The Swedish Remote Contract Act does not apply to the purchase of tickets to events. Group booking Book through the venue. Seats for disabled persons Book through 077-170 70 70 Booking from outside of Sweden Most events handled by Ticnet.se can be booked by residents of foreign countries.
